• In case of any damage resulting from your safari, the cost shall be covered by your Travel insurance provider. Tanzania Distance Adventures is not held responsible for any damage, injury, death, theft, or loss of the client’s personal property, and medical costs occurring on your trip.
• We should not be held responsible for any unforeseen condition of the road or airstrip.
• Tanzania Distance Adventures reserves the right to take pictures of individuals doing various activities and use them for commercial purposes including but not limited to advertisements.
• You should handle your belongings like bags at your own risk.
• Collecting specimens from parks, game reserves, and other protected areas is highly prohibited.
• Any activity added by the client but not included in the safari package will charged as an extra cost.
• You should carry with you valid travel visas and passports. Any costs related to the issuance of visas or passports are not included in safari costs.
• Activities such as trekking the Chimpanzees are riskier as you can get attacked by these primates. Tanzania Distance Adventures is not responsible for any injuries resulting from this activity. Kindly ensure your safety when doing this activity.
