TERMS FOR BOOKING A SAFARI WITH TANZANIA DISTANCE ADVENTURES

The best way to experience the adventures of Tanzania is by planning a safari. We are thrilled to welcome you to an epic country that is overwhelmed by its natural wonders. We have a 24/7 customer service available to make booking easier. But before you book a safari with us, it is better to know some of the booking and cancelation terms.

In these terms, “we” or “us” should be defined as Tanzania Distance Adventures while “you” should be considered as the client. We will consider your booking if and only if the following procedures are adhered to.  We can update booking terms whenever required, therefore it is worth visiting our website to read these terms. At this moment, these are our terms for booking a safari with us. Here are some general booking terms and conditions that apply whenever you book your safari with Tanzania Distance Adventures.

• Upon being interested in booking a safari with us, you should contact our customer support. Our customer support will provide you with a Booking Form that you will be required to fill out and submit.
• We will consider your booking as ‘confirmed’ when you pay about 30 or 50 percent of the total cost of your safari. The amount may vary depending on the type of safari, the number of people in a group, and the duration of your trip.
• You should be aware that we take 30 percent value of the total cost of your safari except Airline expenses as non-refundable. This covers the expenses and services we incurred in preparing your tour. Therefore, we exclude this portion from the cancelation compensation.
• We receive payments when wired through our bank account and you will have to show us a Bank Receipt. All payments should be done in US Dollars. Be informed that US Dollar notes made before 2006 are rejected in Tanzania, so we won’t be accepting them.
• The payments for your Airline tickets should be paid in full before the travel date.
